The worst experience in my life.it's not hotel or related to hospitality!! The first impression with worst staff (Jakub) hospitality+humanity (zerooo) the room was like tomb no windows and the entrance under construction. I asked him to change the room or i can upgrade with payment. He said no !!! And they have availability in booking, so they have rooms !!!! He said This is your reservation and I cannot change! If you don't like the room you can leave or write on booking review as you want! He just don't care. I asked to cancel the reservation he said no. We called the manager. She said no .! Shame on you!!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, it was literally 200 meters from the entrance to the beautifull prague castle (we also could see it from our roomwindow!) the city centre is just across the bridge on the left (500m) The room was very clean and very big with an old character that matches the city beautifully. The bed was really nice and the bathroom too, the only downside was that there where no shower curtains but that’s on me because the bath is so big you can fit three people in it! You can park your car literally right in front of the hotel for just €27 per day. There is a tramstop in front of the hotel but you don’y really hear it because they have double windows (which you can also open) the airconditioning works great and doesn’t require a hotelcard to operate so your room is always the right temperature. Everything was great and worked as promised, worth every penny and would recommend everyone to sleep here!

This hotel is a two star masquerading as a four star. One hangar in the closet. We asked for a couple more. No. No soap In bathroom. We asked for a refill. No. Toilet seat fell off. Turned out it was held on with crappy sticky tape. No bolts. Room very hot and ac non-functional. Front desk clerk rarely there. When he was, he had the personality of an earthworm. Breakfast ok, but the price doubled halfway through our stay with no explanation. This place feels like a post pandemic Zombie. So sad

Loved this hotel. Location is A+ right off the bridges leading to the Old Town. Nice view of the castle up the hill right outside the hotel. The room is big and loved the theme. The bathroom is nice as well. Bed is very comfortable and I had a good night of sleep. Parking available for a fair price

Old fashion hotel, very tall ceiling and spacious rooms. Across from a busy tram station, and metro stop. Convenient to reach everywhere, but have to bear the noise from trams. Can see the castle up from your window, 5 minutes walk to Charles bridge. There is a lift, but need to walk a few steps to each floor. The bathroom is clean, with a big triangle tub, but a bit awkward for shower. Not 24h reception, we advised our arrival time ahead and the staff waited for us passing 10pm.
